The three-phase relay protection tester uses a rotating mouse, which greatly simplifies the structure of the operation part, making the operation simple, fast and easy to master. The host uses a high-speed and high-performance digital signal processor with fast computing speed and wide transmission bandwidth. The software uses a double-precision algorithm to generate arbitrary high-precision waveforms for each phase. Due to the integrated structure, the various parts are closely combined, the data transmission distance is short, and the structure is compact. A large-screen high-resolution graphic LCD display is used, and all operating processes are set on the display. The operation interface and test results are displayed in Chinese, and the display is intuitive and clear. In the later use of the three-phase relay protection tester, some minor faults are inevitable. For general faults, operators must understand how to deal with them.
Methods for dealing with several common faults of three-phase relay protection tester:
1. During the impedance characteristic test, the voltage is disconnected and locked.
Approach:
The three-phase relay protection tester did not reset and transmit the fault value. This is because the return time setting in the parameters is wrong and should be greater than the protection reset time.
2. When the power amplifier is turned on, there is no obvious change in power supply, and all function menu tests have no fault output.
Approach:
If the power fuse burns out, replace it with the same model in time.
3. Turn on the power switch and hear the audible alarm.
Approach:
Turn off the power switch, reset the amplifier switch, and then turn on the power.
4. The entire set of protection test contacts are potential-carrying for a certain period of time and no protection is provided if they are actuated.
Approach:
Check the wiring and reverse the high potential and low potential.
