The vertical system controller has five main parts:


Start channel button

Vertical gear adjustment knob

Vertical displacement adjustment knob

Mathematical operation function keys

Waveform reference function keys

1. Vertical scale adjustment knob:

Adjust the voltage represented by each grid.


2. Vertical displacement adjustment knob:

Adjust the up and down position of the waveform on the screen.


3. CH1 settings:

a. Coupling settings:

DC coupling: Both the DC and AC components of the signal can enter the oscilloscope.

AC coupling: Only allows the AC component to enter the oscilloscope.

b. Bandwidth limitation:

Turning on bandwidth limiting can reduce display noise.

When the 20M bandwidth limit is turned on, the high-frequency components greater than 20MHZ contained in the measured signal are attenuated.

When the 100M bandwidth limit is turned on, the high-frequency components greater than 100MHZ contained in the measured signal are attenuated.

c. Probe ratio setting:

The probe ratio setting must match the probe attenuation ratio.

d. Waveform reverse setting:

The displayed waveform is displayed in reverse.

e. Amplitude level setting:

To adjust the vertical scale step settings.


4. Math function:

Perform operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division on waveforms.


5. Ref function:

By setting the current waveform as the reference waveform, we can compare it with the waveform we measured in real time.
