The resistance tester includes microprocessor management technology, and the measurement data accuracy requirements will be further improved in order to ensure the safety of a process. It is used to test the DC resistance of transformers, motors, mutual inductors and other equipment. Temperature range: working environment temperature 5 degrees Celsius to 49 degrees Celsius. It has the advantages of high accuracy, good reproducibility, single-button operation, and simple and easy use of resources. The calibration analysis method of the resistance tester is mainly introduced.
Step 1: Open the cover and carefully cut the wires on the board that connect to the power switch. Find the three correction regulators on the lower right corner of the circuit board; leave the meter at this ambient condition for at least 1/2 hour, then start testing after equilibrium.
Step 2: Connect one end of the cable to the alligator clip and the other end to the banana plug. Connect the two ends of the resistor with the alligator clip. Three calibrated regulators, the top one is "humidity" measurement, the middle one is "impedance", and the bottom one is "adjust temperature with a small screwdriver". Adjustment is made by increasing the value in the clockwise direction and decreasing the value in the counterclockwise direction.
Step 3: Press the power switch and compare the "Temperature", "Humidity" and "Resistance" values at the same time.
