1. The principle of high temperature and high pressure magnetic flap level gauge
Like general magnetic flap level gauges, high temperature and high pressure magnetic flap level gauges also realize real-time measurement and display of liquid level based on the principle of communicating vessels and magnetic coupling. That is, when the measured liquid level in the container rises or falls, the magnetic float in the float also rises or falls, and the permanent magnet in the float drives the magnetic flap outside the float to flip 180° through magnetic coupling. The two sides of the flap are painted with different colors (usually red and white) to indicate the position of the liquid level. Generally, when the liquid level in the container rises, the flap changes from white to red, and when the liquid level in the container drops, the flap changes from red to white. The red and white intersection of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level in the container.
2. Application of high temperature and high pressure magnetic flap level gauge
High temperature and high pressure magnetic flap level gauge adopts a unique heat dissipation method to effectively control the working temperature of the instrument and effectively avoid the demagnetization of magnetic components due to high temperature. High temperature and high pressure magnetic flap level gauge broadens the scope of use of magnetic flap level gauge, and is mainly used to measure the liquid level in high temperature and high pressure occasions, and more widely and reliably meets the liquid level measurement requirements of the power, heating, gas supply and other industries.
In practical applications, it is generally necessary to select floats of different materials according to the different chemical properties of the liquid; and to select floats of different volumes and weights to match the different densities of the liquid in order to achieve better measurement accuracy.
