The electromagnetic flowmeter currently used has the following main disadvantages: due to the unreliable sealing of the overall structure, the internal excitation coil and electrode are very susceptible to corrosion, resulting in poor sensitivity during use, unable to accurately output signals, and easy to damage after long-term use, and a short service life; it is not easy to disassemble during maintenance, and the maintenance is more troublesome and the workload is large; the power consumption is large, the operation is unstable, and the anti-interference ability is not strong; it is impossible to realize automatic two-way flow measurement, on-site instantaneous flow, forward and reverse cumulative total display, and self-diagnosis fault alarm; it does not have GSM data wireless remote transmission function, remote control function, and storage function.

Furthermore, the electromagnetic flow sensor includes a conduit, a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the fluid and an electrode for detecting the electromotive force generated by the flow of the fluid on the conduit wall, a yoke is arranged on the outside of the electrode, and excitation coils for generating a magnetic field perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid are arranged on both sides of the yoke, and a protective shell is arranged on the outside of the yoke and the excitation coil. The junction box and the shell are integrally arranged, the junction box is a sealed structure, and the cable outlet of the junction box is sealed with underwater plugging glue. The microprocessor adopts a 16-bit embedded ultra-low power consumption processor. A real-time clock module is also connected to the microprocessor.

At the same time, it adopts a 16-bit embedded ultra-low power consumption processor, full digital signal processing, stable operation, high measurement accuracy, strong anti-interference ability and other characteristics, and realizes automatic two-way flow measurement, on-site instantaneous flow, forward and reverse cumulative total display, self-diagnosis fault alarm, GSM data wireless remote transmission and other functions. Users can realize wireless remote transmission and storage of flow data through the powerful GSM/GP RS remote management software system. And it can realize the automatic switching of 3.6V/12V or 3.6V/220V multi-channel power supply. It also has wireless communication function, supports remote mobile phone control; friendly human-machine interface, can track the operation of the instrument at any time; unique time display and real-time data storage function, no matter what the situation, can ensure that the internal data will not be lost, can be permanently saved. In addition, the temperature sensor can instantly upload the fluid temperature and instantly calculate the thermal enthalpy value in the heating.
