Electric energy meter field calibrator
The electric energy meter field calibrator is a test instrument that integrates electric parameter measurement, electric energy meter calibration, and wiring judgment. The instrument is equipped with high-precision, high-linearity voltage transformers and current transformers, which make the instrument measure various parameters with high accuracy. At the same time, it is equipped with clamp-on current transformers, which makes on-site wiring simple and can be directly connected without disconnecting the current loop.

1. The instrument is a high-precision test instrument that integrates energy meter calibration, electrical parameter testing, and detection of power quality problems such as waveform distortion, voltage fluctuation and flicker, and three-phase imbalance in the power grid.
2. Without cutting off power, changing the metering circuit, or opening the metering equipment, the comprehensive error of the metering equipment is detected under real load online.
3. Accurately measure various electrical parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, phase angle, power factor, frequency, etc., so as to calculate the measurement error of the test equipment circuit.
4. It can display the vector diagram of the measured voltage and current. Users can analyze the vector diagram to determine whether the wiring of the measuring equipment is correct. At the same time, in the three-phase three-wire wiring mode, 48 wiring modes can be automatically determined.
5. The current loop can be measured using a clamp-on transformer. The operator can measure conveniently and safely without disconnecting the current loop.
6. It can calibrate indicating instruments such as voltmeter, ammeter, power meter, phase meter, and various active and reactive energy meters of 1A and 5A of three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire and single-phase.
7. The electric energy meter can be calibrated by photoelectric, manual, pulse and other methods.
8. Measure and analyze the quality of AC power supplied from the public power grid to the user end, including: frequency deviation, voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation, flicker, allowable unbalance of three-phase voltage and grid harmonics.
9. It can display single-phase voltage and current waveforms and three-phase voltage and current waveforms at the same time.
10. Load fluctuation monitoring: Measure and analyze the fluctuations in the power quality of the public power grid caused by various electrical equipment under different operating conditions. Record and store power parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, frequency, phase, etc.
11. Dynamic monitoring of power equipment adjustment and operation process to help users solve problems that arise during power equipment adjustment and commissioning.
12. Test and analyze the dynamic parameters of reactive power compensation and filtering devices in the power system and make quantitative evaluations of their functions and technical indicators.
13. It has perpetual calendar and clock functions, and can display date and time in real time. It can save test data and results during on-site verification, and upload them to the computer through the serial port, and realize data computer management through the background management software (optional).
14. It uses a large-screen imported color LCD as the display, with a Chinese operating interface and Chinese character prompt information, a LCD display interface with multi-parameter display, and a friendly human-computer dialogue interface. It is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry. It can be used for on-site measurement and can also be used as a standard measuring equipment in the laboratory.

Voltage measurement range: 0~400V, four levels: 50V, 100V, 200V, 400V.
Current measurement range: 0~5A, built-in transformer is divided into 5A (CT) gear. Clamp-on transformer has four gears: 5A (Q), 25A (Q), 100A (Q), 500A (Q).
Phase angle measurement range: 0~359.9°. Frequency measurement range: 45~55Hz.

3. Power quality
Fundamental voltage and current amplitude: fundamental voltage allowable error ≤ 0.5% FS; fundamental current allowable error ≤ 1% FS;
Measurement error of the phase difference between fundamental voltage and current: ≤0.5°;
Harmonic voltage content measurement error: ≤0.1%;
Harmonic current content measurement error: ≤0.2%.
4. Working temperature: -10℃~+40℃.
5. Insulation
(1) The insulation resistance between the voltage and current input terminals and the housing is ≥ 100MΩ.
(2) The power input terminal is subjected to a power frequency of 1.5KV (effective value) between the power supply input terminal and the housing for 1 minute.
