The rapid moisture meter is made of a new design concept and exquisite craftsmanship. It is convenient and simple to use and easy to observe. It is a test instrument that can quickly and accurately determine the moisture content of a substance. It is widely used in food, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, papermaking, feed, chemicals, coatings and other industries. The rapid moisture meter has advantages over general testers, as follows:
1. The moisture measurement range is as wide as 3~40%, covering both the traditional high moisture and low moisture segments.
2. The rapid moisture meter adopts the principle of water molecule polarization. It measures the internal moisture content of grains. It has a fast measurement speed and does not require crushing, saving time and effort. It solves the contradiction between epidermal moisture and crushing.
3. Extremely low power consumption, the working current is less than 0.1 mA, and it can work continuously for eight hours a day. A 9-volt battery can be used continuously for several months. When the battery voltage is insufficient, the rapid moisture meter will prompt you to replace the battery.
4. The sampling tube has a uniform drop function, and the measurement results are stable and accurate with good repeatability.
5. The working temperature range of the rapid moisture meter is very wide, and the moisture temperature is automatically compensated. Good tracking can be achieved in the temperature range of 0℃ to 40℃.
5. The regional difference correction panel is adjustable (-2.0 to 3.0), which is easy to modify.
7. The operation requirements are not high, and weighing is not required. The sampling volume is within the range of ±10% of the specified value, and the reading remains unchanged.
8. The rapid moisture meter can measure up to 15 varieties, which can meet the use requirements of most users.
