-H battery charge and discharge comprehensive tester integrates charging, discharging, single cell detection, online monitoring and activation in one machine, with multiple uses. It is suitable for the maintenance and inspection of batteries in communication base stations, substations, and UPS, and is used for battery acceptance, battery matching and routine inspection. The battery charge and discharge comprehensive tester adopts new power consumption components and is manufactured with patented technology to realize constant current discharge, intelligent three-stage charging, equalization charge/floating charge, and constant current/constant voltage automatic conversion functions; real-time online patrol detection of the voltage of each single cell or the entire battery group, real-time online display, detection, and recording of the voltage of a single cell or the entire battery group, and the data is stored or transmitted to the PC at the same time. It has a large-screen LCD display, full Chinese menu prompts, simple operation, and a high degree of intelligence. It can set and control parameters such as voltage, current, time, capacity, etc., and automatically complete the test and monitoring of various parameters of the battery group; automatic discharge/charging can activate the battery and extend the battery life. After charging/discharging is completed, the detected data can be directly uploaded to a PC via the RS232 interface or transferred to a USB flash drive on site. The supporting data processing software can be used to process the data information collected during charging/discharging, analyze the remaining capacity of the battery, and generate various charts, providing a scientific basis for analyzing battery performance.
