Orifice flow meter
The sewage treatment plant must monitor the flow of sewage. In the previous design, the orifice flowmeter was affected by external factors such as gravity, and the pressure loss of the measuring tube was not contracted or bulged. In addition, the initial signal detected by the flow element was a voltage that changed precisely linearly with the average flow velocity of the fluid.
According to the characteristics of sewage, such as large flow rate change, impurities, low corrosiveness and certain electrical conductivity, the plate flowmeter measures the flow rate of sewage, that is, the measured medium flows perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic force lines, thus generating an induced electromotive force EX in the direction perpendicular to both the medium flow and the magnetic force lines. The induced electromotive force EX is proportional to the flow rate of the measured medium. The electromagnetic flowmeter is not affected by temperature, pressure, viscosity, and can choose electromagnetic flowmeters with neoprene lining and molybdenum-containing stainless steel electrodes to meet the requirements of sewage flow measurement.
Orifice flow meter
It is widely used in the production of enterprises by taking advantage of the heat energy it carries. The sonic nozzle method gas flow standard device is the most advanced standard device with the largest flow rate and the highest degree of automation among the same type of devices in China. It uses a sonic nozzle as a standard meter to carry out the calibration of flow meters for different gas media such as natural gas, air, and steam, and provide reliable data for enterprises to carry out energy measurement and energy conservation and emission reduction. In addition to the two sets of standard devices, the station can also calibrate gas meters, water meters, heat meters and other people's livelihood metering instruments. The calibration device for water meters, gas meters, and sonic nozzle gas meters has an accuracy of 0.5% and a high degree of automation. It can detect 12 gas meters at a time and more than 30,000 gas meters per year.
