The circuit analysis of power electronic transformers introduces the basic principles of power electronic transformers, analyzes the circuit structure of AC-AC-AC conversion power electronic transformers, verifies the correctness of the circuit principle analysis through simulation, and explains the advantages and disadvantages of this structure of power electronic transformers. The circuit structure and working process of the power electronic transformer based on dual PWM conversion are explained, and the corresponding control strategy is proposed. Through system simulation, it is shown that in the power system, the power electronic transformer of this structure can make the power grid operate close to unity power factor, the grid-side current is sinusoidal, and constant voltage and frequency AC voltage is output, and it has a certain anti-interference ability. The power electronic transformer based on dual PWM conversion has a broad prospect for use, and it will be a key device for solving power quality problems.
