Abstract: A design scheme of a multifunctional composite safety performance tester calibrator based on FPGA is proposed. Using field programmable gate array (FPGA) as the control chip and combining with electronic load, a composite calibration function integrating withstand voltage, leakage, insulation and grounding test calibration is realized. The test data can be recorded in real time and displayed on LCD, and can communicate with PC at high speed through USB 2.0. Through the development of this system, the automation and integration of tester calibrators can be greatly improved. [Author Abstract]
