Abstract: A new type of vehicle obstacle avoidance system is designed. The system adopts the principle of ultrasonic distance measurement and uses the rich lookup table structure of FPGA to complete the algorithm. The lookup table can be updated at any time according to the actual detection or experimental data to reduce the system deviation. The dynamic scanning method is used to display the measurement results in real time, and the warning distance to obstacles is detected in real time and an alarm is issued.
