The image data collected by CMOS is preprocessed, and then segmented and features are extracted. And a certain algorithm is used for image recognition. The experimental results show that this system is very effective for the recognition of still images. It not only has the control function of general single chip microcomputer, but also has image recognition and processing capabilities. This image recognition system uses it as the core for data processing and control. The functions that have been realized by the system include: object color and shape recognition, character recognition, and gesture recognition. Using these recognition results, application systems such as games, fun teaching, smart toys, text input, and smart recognition can be developed.
