Application of photovoltaic power generation in electric valves: In order to overcome the problem of power supply difficulties for electric valves in deserts and other areas, it is proposed to use photovoltaic cells to charge batteries, use the power of batteries to power the electric valve control system, and use DSP to implement a fully digital software phase-locked loop (DSPLL) to control the pulse width modulation (PWM) of the reversible speed regulation of the DC motor. Experiments have proved that photovoltaic cells can meet the power required for the opening and closing of electric valves. This method can not only realize the functions of the entire system, but also has stable and reliable performance, reduce the harmonic and ripple components of the system, and enable the entire control system to remotely control, collect and transmit data in real time, and use LCD to display the motor torque, so that the DC motor can control the flow of the valve at a steady speed and with high precision.
