Abstract: A measurement principle based on the global positioning system (GPS) synchronized phasor measurement unit (PMU) and its application in stable control are introduced. The observation linearization principle is proposed, that is, the nonlinear equations are linearized by online tracking observation. On this basis, the target control strategy that makes the system state approach the set target is studied.
