Abstract: Aiming at the problem of poor real-time performance of traditional sulfur analyzers, an embedded fully automatic sulfur analyzer based on ARM and μC/OS-Ⅱ is designed. This paper gives the software and hardware design and implementation of the system, and transplants μC/OS-Ⅱ. The test results show that the task switching time is about 510us, and there is no obvious lag in the operation of each task. Compared with the traditional sulfur analyzer, the real-time performance and stability of the system are greatly improved.
