Abstract: Aiming at the problem of steel material damage detection, based on the principle of electromagnetic nondestructive testing and on the basis of ARM microprocessor system, a steel crack detection circuit with S3C2440A control chip as the core is optimized and designed. The detection principle of the initial magnetic permeability method is briefly discussed, and the circuit design of the system functional module is emphasized. The experiment shows that the circuit can quickly detect the existence of steel material damage and issue an alarm in time, and can also display and store data.
