Abstract: Considering the difficulty of implementation, production cost, and upgrade factors, this paper introduces the design and implementation method of a H.263++ wireless video phone terminal based on WINCE5.0.NET, and uses the SIP protocol to communicate with other phone terminals and servers. Through the SIP protocol, the phone terminal can make calls, answer calls, redirect calls, etc. At the same time, the phone terminal can integrate services such as wireless INTERNET browsing and voice mail, and has intelligence. It mainly discusses the use of ARM9 chip S3C2410 to implement the SIP protocol, as well as the codec protocol, and the use of the 802.11b/g protocol USB wireless network card to achieve wireless audio and video transmission, and gives specific software and hardware design solutions. After testing, real-time communication of voice and video information can be carried out, with good compatibility.
