In combination with the needs of the research project of the institute, this paper designs a high-speed and high-performance 16-bit analog-to-digital conversion board solution that meets the requirements of the project based on the 16-bit high-speed ADC chip LTC2204. The input circuit and clock circuit in this solution adopt a differential structure, the output circuit adopts a latch isolation structure, the power circuit adopts a good decoupling measure, and pays attention to the board grounding design, making it have strong anti-noise interference ability, good dynamic performance, and easy to implement.
