This paper proposes a new image fusion method based on IHS transform, weighted average and mean filtering, which aims to enhance the multispectral color information of the fused image and retain the fast operation advantage of the traditional IHS transform fusion method. The comparison and analysis of experimental data prove that the new improved method has a significant improvement in retaining the color information of multispectral images.
