SM7505 is a high-performance primary-side feedback control power switch chip used in offline low-power AC/DC switching power supplies. It achieves high-precision constant voltage/constant current output within the full voltage input range, with an accuracy of less than ±3℅. It can also save components such as optocouplers and TL431 in the system, reducing costs. The chip integrates complete protection functions such as high-voltage power switch, cycle-by-cycle peak current limit, VDD overvoltage protection, VDD undervoltage protection, and VDD voltage clamping to improve system reliability. It has built-in output line voltage drop compensation and leading edge blanking circuit (LEB), and is packaged in SOP8. It is mainly used in LED lighting drivers, low-power power adapters, auxiliary power supplies or standby power supplies for computers, TVs, etc.
