Design and implementation of automatic verification system for relay protection test equipment

An automatic calibration system has been developed to verify whether the performance indicators of a certain type of relay protection test equipment meet the design requirements. The overall design, hardware composition and software structure of the system are introduced, the main technical problems are analyzed and corresponding solutions are given. Experiments show that the system calibration results are accurate and reliable, and the time consumed is only 25% of the traditional calibration method. The system is easy to operate and has a flexible working mode, providing a good example for the realization of automated instrument calibration; the \"simulated keyboard control\" and \"simulated printer\" solutions adopted have successfully solved the control and communication problems of non-programmed instruments. Keywords: automatic calibration system, relay protection test equipment, simulated keyboard control, simulated printer
