In the past, a product of our factory has been produced by CO2 gas shielded welding for bottom sealing and submerged arc automatic welding for surface covering. The use of two process methods requires two workstations, which occupies a large area. The management and storage of welding materials such as welding wire, flux and gas used in the two process methods are costly and inconvenient. In winter production, due to the low temperature of the factory building, cold cracks, large-area mesh pores, undercuts and other defects are prone to occur in production. In order to overcome these shortcomings, the argon-rich mixed gas shielded automatic welding process method was used for welding. Changing two welding processes to one saves one workstation and reduces the floor space. In particular, it solves the welding defects that occurred in previous welding production, improves the formation of the stove seam, and reduces the turning or grinding process after welding. It greatly improves the welding quality, improves labor efficiency, reduces welding costs, realizes civilized production, and takes our factory\'s welding technology to a higher level.
