Due to the various advantages of magnetic bearings, their applications are becoming more and more extensive. The structural design of magnetic bearings is an important basis for the design of support systems, but the design process requires comprehensive measurement and repeated calculation of multiple parameters, which increases the complexity of the design. Aiming at the design process of magnetic bearings, the theoretical formula and empirical formula of radial magnetic bearings are derived. Through the parametric programming idea and interactive programming method, the bearing structure design software system is developed using the VC++6.0 design environment. Tests have proved that the software system can quickly and accurately complete the structural design of bearings, greatly shortening the development cycle and increasing reliability.
