A high-performance CMOS bandgap voltage reference circuit is designed by using the primary temperature compensation and resistor secondary voltage division technology. Its output voltage is 0.20~1.25V and the temperature coefficient is 2.5×10-5/K. The deep negative feedback operational amplifier in the bandgap voltage reference circuit is a low-offset, high-gain folded-type cascode operational amplifier. The circuit simulation of the operational amplifier and the bandgap voltage reference is carried out by using Hspice. The layout area of the bandgap reference implemented by TSMC 0.35μm CMOS process is 645μm×196μm.
