Based on the analysis of traditional bandgap reference circuits, a low-voltage bandgap reference circuit with a current mode structure is proposed. The circuit can output a wide range of voltage from 200mV to 1.25V, and uses a power supply-independent bias and a two-stage operational amplifier with a negative feedback network. The accuracy of the output voltage is improved. When implemented using CMOS 0.35μm technology, the operating voltage can be between 1.1V and 1.5V. Hspiee simulation results show that when the operating voltage is 1.5V, the effective temperature coefficient of the circuit is 14ppm/℃.
