Abstract: This paper introduces the hardware and software design of a power parameter monitoring system based on CAN bus. The ARM processor LM3S2016 with its own CAN bus controller is used as the core, and its on-chip peripherals are used to complete the acquisition and real-time transmission of voltage, current and frequency. The isolated CAN bus driver CTM8250T is used to avoid the use of discrete components, making the design simple and compact.
