Tracking a high-speed ball is a typical nonlinear time-varying system. In the control of tracking a high-speed ball stepper motor, it is difficult to track high-speed objects using traditional PID control or simple fuzzy control alone. Based on the analysis of the conventional control mode of the high-speed ball, a fuzzy PID controller method is proposed and designed to control the single-axis high-speed ball stepper motor, and on this basis, a mathematical model of the three-dimensional tracking trajectory is established to achieve three-dimensional tracking of high-speed objects. Simulation and practical application show that this control method has higher contour tracking accuracy, positioning accuracy and robustness to disturbances.
