Vehicle instrument is an important interface for information exchange between drivers and cars, and is an important guarantee for safe driving of vehicles. With the widespread application of electronic technology, it has become an inevitable trend that traditional automobile instruments are gradually replaced by electronically controlled digital instruments with microprocessors as the core. However, the digitalization level of domestic vehicle instruments is still not high, and most instruments are still analog. Most analog instrument heads are large in size and large in number, making the display system crowded and affecting the appearance; some other analog instruments have a high failure rate, which increases the economic burden of users and reduces the safety factor of vehicle driving. In order to overcome these shortcomings, this paper proposes to use 51 single-chip microcomputers, analog/digital converters ADC0809, Hall switches, and digital temperature sensors DS18B20 to improve their technology, design and implement a new full-digital instrument system, which has the advantages of intuitive and accurate display, high sensitivity, long service life, smart and beautiful, and low cost.
