In network control systems, due to the existence of delays and jitters, the system operates non-periodically, resulting in system performance degradation or even instability. To address this problem, this paper proposes the ICO-FU model, which can analyze the performance of network control systems by calculating the performance cost function of linear control systems and compensate for the impact of jitter on control system performance.
