In order to realize the synchronous multiplexing/demultiplexing of low-speed data optical fiber communication in the equipment, a frame synchronization header signal extraction and detection scheme based on FPGA is proposed, in which the frame header is composed of 7-bit Barker code 1110010. At the receiving end of the data, the clock signal is first extracted from the multiplexed data, and then the frame synchronization signal is detected to provide a start signal for digital demultiplexing to realize the synchronous demultiplexing of the data. The experiment shows that this scheme successfully detects the frame synchronization signal at the receiving end of the optical fiber communication system, thereby realizing the correct demultiplexing of the data.
