When routing Data lines, every 16 lines are grouped together and routed on the same layer. (0-15) (16-31) (32-47) (48-63) and each group is divided into 2-3 control lines. When routing the Address lines, each group of 16 lines is routed together on the same layer. The difference is that the Address lines are from (3-31) to (0-2) and not in front. Generally divided into 2 groups, (3-16) plus 5 REQ lines, 18 lines; (17-31) 16 lines; When routing the CPU signal, it should also be separated from other signals with a 20-30mil GND line, such as the DDR signal, to facilitate the inner layer GND under the VIA, which plays the role of grounding. 2. DDR signal: In addition to the control line, DDR lines generally also run 5/10. The control line must maintain a line spacing of 20mil.
