In view of the difficulty in controlling liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, this paper introduces a liquid nitrogen flow measurement and control system composed of ultrasonic sensors and AT89C52 single-chip microcomputers, and uses the frequency difference method to detect the liquid nitrogen flow. The article discusses in detail the ultrasonic flow detection principle, system hardware structure and working principle. The system has a simple structure, convenient operation, safe use, stable and reliable performance, and can effectively solve the flow measurement and control problems in the process of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.
