This design system uses the single-chip microcomputer AT89S52 as the control core to realize the basic control functions of the electronic scale. When designing the system, in order to better adopt the modular design method, each unit functional module is designed step by step. The hardware part of the system includes four parts: the minimum system part, the data acquisition part, the human-computer interaction interface and the system power supply. The minimum system part mainly includes AT89S52 and the extended external data storage; the data acquisition part consists of the weighing sensor, the pre-processing of the signal and the A/D conversion part, including the operational amplifier AD620 and the A/D converter ICL7135; the human-computer interface part is the keyboard input, the four-digit LED digital display, which can intuitively display the specific numbers of the weight and conveniently input data, and is easy to use; the system power supply uses LM317 and LM337 as the core design circuit to provide the normal working power of the system. The software part of the system is programmed in the single-chip microcomputer C language to realize all the control functions of the design. The electronic scale can realize basic weighing functions (weighing range is 0~9.999Kg, weight error is not more than ±0.005Kg), and play a part of the function of displaying shopping lists, can set the date and set the unit price of ten kinds of goods, and also has over-range and under-range alarm functions. The system design has a simple structure, is easy to use, has complete functions, high precision, and has certain development value.
