Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing CNC system of engraving machines, combined with the development of high-speed CNC technology, the overall design scheme of the DC servo control system of engraving machines with high cost performance based on high-performance DSP is proposed. Based on the overall design scheme of the system, in the research of interpolation algorithm, the adaptive interpolation algorithm with forward-looking function is realized by establishing the recursive mathematical model of the speed connection of small line segment high-speed processing and correcting the speed profile curve. In order to improve the tracking performance and positioning accuracy of the engraving machine, the zero phase error tracking controller (ZPETC) is introduced in the design of the DC servo control system. Through model identification, nonlinear friction compensation and disturbance observer design, the shortcomings of ZPETC that are sensitive to system modeling errors and parameter changes are overcome. Based on the above research, a two-dimensional DC servo real-time motion control hardware system with TMS320C2812 32-bit fixed-point DSP as the control core, L6203 as the power drive module, and low-power DC motor as the actuator is built, and all software development of the system is completed on the DSP development platform. In order to achieve the system\'s requirements for high-speed data communication, the real-time performance of DSP serial port communication and improvement measures were studied in depth, and a multi-buffer parallel collaboration method was proposed, which effectively solved the problem of real-time data communication. The system joint debugging experiment results show that the designed engraving machine DC servo control system has stable operation, high tracking accuracy, and fast processing speed, and can be widely used in CNC engraving machine products.
