In order to provide a scientific basis for the bonding repair method of the 1200mm long crack in the 6L2K hydrogen-nitrogen machine body, the finite element method was used to calculate the stress of the machine body after the crack was bonded. The construction process of crack bonding and mechanical reinforcement was introduced. The experimental stress analysis and vibration measurement results showed that after the crack was bonded and mechanically reinforced, the machine body could operate safely and reliably.
