In view of the high price of imported monitoring software supporting HC900 controller and the low familiarity of developers, the host computer HMI software of HC900 controller was designed and implemented using domestic industrial control software Likong® 3.6, and applied in an actual cement filling experiment control system. HC900 is the latest open controller launched by Honeywell for small and medium-sized process applications and equipment integrated control. Its host computer HMI software is usually implemented using Honeywell\'s self-developed network version of real-time monitoring software PlantScape Vista. Although PlantScape Vista is relatively complete in terms of functions, the current level of awareness of this software among domestic engineering and technical personnel is low, the technical support is not satisfactory, and its price is too high, especially compared with domestic industrial control software. In fact, as an open controller, HC900 controller itself provides a variety of fieldbus interfaces that meet international standards, which can be easily connected with third-party software and hardware through these interfaces. Taking advantage of this feature of HC900, we used the domestic industrial control software Likong® 3.6 to design and implement the host computer HMI software of HC900 controller in the cementing filling experimental system of China University of Mining and Technology, which not only met the user\'s requirements for system functions, but also greatly reduced the cost of system software.
