Research on Linear Strain Detection System of Mechanical Components Based on Magnetic Lattice

Based on the basic principle of equidistant magnetic lattice strain detection, a signal detection and waveform conversion circuit was designed to convert the strain detection into the measurement of time quantity, and the mathematical expression between time quantity and component strain was derived. With the 8051 single-chip microcomputer as the core, the data acquisition of the strain detection system and the communication method with the host computer were studied. The PC is used to complete the display, storage, and printing of the detection results. The entire strain detection system realizes real-time online detection of mechanical component strain in a non-contact manner. Key Words: equispaced magnetic field, strain detection, microcontroller
