Abstract: The traditional physical experiment instruments are improved by using advanced technologies such as single chip microcomputer. The acquisition of a large amount of test data and the processing, storage and display of experimental data are realized, and the measurement curve is displayed. Multiple experimental instruments are communicated with a PC at the same time by using the serial port, and the experimental data are transmitted to the PC. Keywords: single chip microcomputer; Franck-Hertz experiment
