The structure of the fiber Bragg grating extrinsic Fabry-Perot interferometer integrated multiplexing sensor and the principle of simultaneous strain and temperature monitoring are introduced. The crosstalk between the fiber Bragg grating reflection spectrum and the extrinsic Fabry-Perot interferometer interference spectrum is observed, and the crosstalk is reduced by the 3 dB bandwidth average wavelength method, thereby improving the measurement accuracy. The sensor is applied to the simultaneous strain and temperature monitoring of three-dimensional braided composite materials. The experimental results show that the temperature accuracy is ±1 ℃ and the strain accuracy is ±20μŠ, which can meet the requirements of practical applications.
