CNCnetIP Telephone Remote Automatic Recharge System

In order to improve the low efficiency of manual processing of IP phone remote recharge and IP account low balance renewal dial-up notification, an IP phone remote automatic recharge management system was designed and developed to meet the needs of agents providing IP phone operation services, effectively achieving the goals of IP phone remote automatic recharge, automatic voice renewal notification, and introducing information related to IP phone services into computer management. This paper mainly introduces the implementation method of intelligent remote automatic recharge based on Agent technology, the technical problems solved, and the characteristics of the system in application. Keywords: Agent; Epsilon-production-based rule; Remote Auto-recharge; Voice card Abstract: To promote efficiency in remote recharge of IP telephone and inform customer account balance in time, a management information system for remote auto-recharge of IP telephone is developed to meet the requirements of IP telephone service agents. The developed system is capable of realizing IP telephone remote auto-recharge,giving the account balance automatically to the customers by voice and managing all information of IP telephone operations. This paper introduces the implementation of intelligent remote auto-recharge based on agent, technological problems solved and the characteristic of the system in application.Keywords: Agent, Epsilon-production-based rule, Remote Auto-recharge, Voice card
