NA200PLC\'s stable hardware and software provide an excellent platform for the design and use of elevators. This paper takes a three-story elevator as the design object, and combines the Sanken VM06 series constant torque high-performance inverter to develop an AC dual-speed PLC elevator control system. The closed-loop control system formed by the Sanken inverter PG card can make the elevator run more stable and comfortable. The elevator control system mainly includes a logic control system and a speed control system. The control accuracy of the speed control system, including speed control and position control, has a very important impact on the comfort of the elevator. The speed control system used in this example uses Sanken\'s high-performance inverter, uses a rotary encoder to measure the speed of the traction motor, and uses an extended PG card to collect pulse signals to control the output of the inverter to form a closed-loop control system, making the elevator more stable during dual-speed operation. The logic control system has a very important impact on the safety and stability of the elevator. In this example, NA200PLC is used to form the control core of the logic system.
