This paper designs a safe and fast intelligent ignition control device for metallurgical steel rolling annealing furnace, ring furnace, and bell furnace. The intelligent ignition control device is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to control the hardware control logic, and then the hardware control logic controls the ignition, switch valve and other actions. When an alarm occurs and the single-chip microcomputer fails to give an alarm signal to the hardware control logic, the hardware control logic will alarm automatically after a certain period of time. When this device is working, the UV detector detects the flame in real time, and once there is no flame signal, it will be transmitted to the single-chip microcomputer and hardware control logic in time. It is precisely because of the real-time detection and double protection that the entire ignition control equipment is more reliable and safer when in use. In addition, this device can also be used in different production processes by modifying the software, and has strong portability.
