Abstract: This paper conducts an experimental study on the rapid correction of infrared remote sensing scanned images acquired synchronously using GPS position and INS attitude. The coordinates of the image pixel points on a scan line are calculated based on the three-dimensional position measured by GPS, the three attitudes given by INS and the average height of the ground. The image of the scan line is corrected accordingly, and grayscale interpolation and joint splicing of flight strips are performed. The rapid processing of the data obtained during the flight shows that this method is feasible.
