By analyzing the \"skin\" effect, \"electromagnetic tail\" effect and surface energy loss of the billet in induction heating, the main reason for the uneven temperature distribution of the billet is discussed; the secondary heating mode is simulated using the analysis software AN SYS and experimental means, and the control model of secondary heating is introduced using the electromotive force sensor as an example to obtain a more ideal heating curve.
