GPS-19 OverviewGPS-19 has the characteristics of high accuracy, high stability and versatility, so this device can be applied to the following aspects: military communication systems, satellite ground stations and metrology laboratory systems. In addition, GPS-19 can also be used in the development and production of high-tech products. Compared with GPS-18, GPS-19 has more comprehensive functions and more output ports. Therefore, GPS-19 can provide high-quality and low-cost solutions for audio and video broadcasting, mobile communication networks and telecommunications timing.GPS-19 can choose two different time base oscillators:Quartz crystal oscillator (standard)Rubidium atomic clock oscillator (option 14)Quartz reference units have become the de facto industry standard in broadcasting applications. In particular, the application of digital audio broadcasting (DAB) and digital video broadcasting (DVB) in single frequency networks has been successful, and the control of frequency signals and timing signals is crucial in this single frequency network. Rubidium clock reference units provide extremely high-accuracy signals for metrology standard work, and also provide very high-accuracy signals for satellite control center master clocks or telecommunications timing. The accuracy of a Rubidium reference oscillator when operating independently is more than two orders of magnitude higher than that of a quartz reference unit.
