According to the principles and methods of supply chain management, the supply chain structure is constructed by taking the logistics system of a discrete manufacturing enterprise as the object. On this basis, the logistics management process is analyzed, the prototype system is modeled, and the architecture of the physical management prototype system is designed by adopting the mixed structure of C/S and B/S. The tooling management subsystem is designed and developed by VB development tool, and the developed software has been used in the actual management of the prototype plant. Keywords SCM; logistics management; prototype system; B/S; C/S According to SCM principals and choosing a mechanical manufacturing plant as prototype, the architecture of the plant\'s supply chain is given out. The logistics is analyzed in detail by means of SCM concept and the model of the logistics management prototype system is established. The prototype system is designed adopting B/S and C/S mixed architecture. The tool-setup management subsystem is developed by VB language tool.
