With the development of embedded system hardware and software technology, porting real-time embedded operating systems to microprocessors has become a trend and urgent need for multimedia system development. ARM architecture and μC/OS2Ⅱ have become research hotspots for embedded system applications due to their respective advantages. TIDM270 is a digital media processor based on SOC under the ARM architecture. The porting principle and process of porting the preemptive, multi-tasking, real-time embedded operating system μC/OS2Ⅱ to the TIDM270 microprocessor are of great significance and have extensive reference value. The development tool used in the research and development is CCS and the functional test is passed on the source code debugger.
