This paper introduces a resistance furnace temperature control system composed of high-speed single-chip microcomputer C8051F021, and explains the working principle, hardware circuit design and practice of the system. The system uses platinum resistance as the bridge sampling temperature of the sensor, uses PID algorithm for closed-loop control, outputs pulse modulation wave, and outputs the control quantity to the actuator for heating after filtering, so as to achieve the purpose of accurately controlling the furnace temperature. Practical application shows that the system has simple structure, reliable performance, high control accuracy and strong practicality.
