This paper introduces a key-controlled high-frequency signal generator design that uses a single-chip microcomputer to program the high-frequency function generation circuit. This scheme can generate square waves, sine waves, triangle waves and other signals; a digital frequency synthesizer is used to make the frequency stability of the output signal equivalent to that of a crystal oscillator; and the waveform and frequency are set by the keyboard and displayed by the LED. The frequency of the output signal is divided into two levels: 1MHz~16MHz and 8kHz~999kHz.
